Job overview
The East of England Adult Critical Care Transfer Service transfers critically unwell patients between hospitals. We are looking for an outstanding Administrator to join our small Administration Team who support the operation of the service.
Main duties of the job
The role includes data collection, minuting meetings, stock management and ordering, report writing, making and receiving phone calls, updating / managing records / databases.

- or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
- or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent.
- Typing qualification or equivalent experience (if applicable).
- Specific technical/professional qualification (if applicable).
Desirable criteria
- Secretary qualification or equivalent.
- Team leader/management qualification.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a busy clerical/office environment or reception service.
- Secretarial and /or administrative experience including minute taking.
- Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks.
- Working within guidelines.
- Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.
- Data entry experience and documentation.
- Experience of IT packages – Microsoft office.
- Experience of producing documents to a high standard.
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of working in NHS.
- Previous experience of working with medical records.
