An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Endoscopy Department and we are recruiting for a new Endoscopy Coordinator. The Endoscopy Coordinator will provide assistance in the smooth running of the Endoscopy unit by managing an administrative booking team. The Endoscopy Coordinator will support the Directorate Support Manager in effective service delivery as well as ensure patients have a positive experience of the service.
Main duties of the job
Manage an administrative team including recruiting, appraising, managing performance, capability and disciplinary.
Responsible for financial management of resources usage.
Design, implement and maintain systems for accurate data recording.
Be accountable for planning, prioritising and organising work load ensuring work produced by yourself /team is of the quality and quantity required ensuring expected Trust and department standards and deadlines are met identifying and escalating areas of concern.
Represent the service reporting data to senior management, operational and clinical teams on a weekly basis.
Implement and monitor information systems and procedures updating, migrating and auditing data using Trust electronic systems.
Produce accurate and timely analytical and statistical reports as requested.
Support in the delivery of key national targets.

- Educated to degree level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
- Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.
