To manage the provision of an effective, efficient, and well-coordinated delivery of small works / refurbishments for the Estates Development across BHT.

Managing all aspects of the pre-construction stage through to completion; including specially assigned tasks, complex projects and day to day operations.
To ensure, by the efficient use of resources that projects are delivered on time and within budget through recognised project management related control measures.

- Degree level qualification (Construction Management related). [Desirable].
- Membership of professional body (CIOB, ICE, APM). [Desirable]
- Relevant Health and Safety qualification/knowledge.
EXPERIENCE

- Experience in estates/property services project management related role.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Experience of managing principal contractors & design teams.

- Experience of administering construction contracts.
SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

- Working knowledge of HBN’s/HBN’s & Space for Health related material.
- Working knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Ability to communicate complex and emotive issues to a variety of different groups both verbally and written.
- Proven supervisory skills
