Job overview

This post offers you a rare opportunity to work in specialist neuropsychological rehabilitation as part of the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service in Buckinghamshire.  CNRS is a county-wide service providing specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation for people with neurological diagnoses.  You will join a large, supportive and well-established MDT encompassing Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.  This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an individual looking to develop their own knowledge and skills working in this complex but rewarding setting.  We'd welcome any enquires and encourage prospective candidates to get in touch to hear more.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Main duties of the job

You will have the opportunity to work with people with a variety of neurological conditions, working alongside registered professionals to support cognitive, behavioural, emotional, vocational, family and relationship needs.  Ample training and learning opportunities will be available in house for the appointed candidates, including opportunity to spend time with other neurological rehabilitation services within the trust.

The post holder will be required to work across two sites (Amersham and Aylesbury), and some community working may be required.  Holding a driving license and having access to a car would be advantageous.
