An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Phlebotomy Team, working across our six sites. Whether you are an experienced phlebotomist or looking for something new, our service is growing at an exceptional pace, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join us. Individuals will be provided with a dedicated 5-week training programme to allow for a smooth transition into our service. Could you help provide a high quality, timely and effective phlebotomy service, then we want to hear from you. Be part of shaping an expanding phlebotomy service in Dudley. You will help to provide a high-quality Phlebotomy service that offers the best possible standards of patient care to our outpatients. This role will support the 7-day service we offer and will include weekend and evening working.

Main duties of the job
Within your induction period you will gain essential venepuncture skills, understand the legal framework behind your clinical activities, increase your clinical competence and build confidence engaging with our patients. You will get to know our Phlebotomy service; understand the vital role it plays within the wider Trust and will be buddied up with other team members whilst you train. This is an exciting time for the service and for those that wish to, the Trust has developed a career pathway that can lead you into other roles and services.
