You will provide leadership within the team to include supporting the day-to-day decision making on the ward, being significantly involved in facilitating supervision, taking forward quality initiatives, implementing change and service developments that support the trust strategy. You will be expected to be flexible in your approach and to welcome the opportunity to build on your existing experience and skills.
