Want to join a well-established, friendly and supportive IAPT team?
Birmingham Healthy Minds is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWP’s to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one to one and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a clients’ suitability for BHM, and where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services. 
Our current step 2 team are arranging a timetable of community events in which we can reach out to the diverse communities of Birmingham and reduce the stigma of accessing mental health services. We also actively encourage our team members to become involved in service development and now have a Teams chat which supports the sharing of innovative ideas. 
At Birmingham Healthy Minds you can expect a blended way of working which means there will be a mix of office or community-based venues alongside remote, home working option. We offer appointments outside 9am-5pm which means there are opportunities to work evenings.

Main duties of the job

Location: Birmingham Healthy Minds covers the geographical area of Birmingham. While we are eager to recruit across all teams, we are particularly looking for candidates who would be happy to be based in the West (Hockley), East (Small Heath) and South (Northfield) localities.
