Trosolwg o'r swydd
A six month secondment to lead on our services Dementia Diagnosis Rate Project as arisen. The successful candidate will lead on the project accessing various systems to cross reference diagnosis data from primary and secondary care.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The post holder will be responsible for leading on the Dementia Diagnosis Rates project.
They will be cross referencing data between primary and secondary care. Accessing systems such as RIO/Systm One/EMIS/Shared Care and to communicate with primary care service via letter using Hybrid mail.

Qualifications

- • OCR Level 2 plus relevant experience or NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or relevant experience or equivalent.
- • GCSE (C or above) or equivalent in English

- • Knowledge of relevant legislation/policies and their implications for the Team/Trust (e.g. Freedom of Information ,Data Protection Act, Health & Safety, Referral Policy, Information Governance, Care Records Policy).
Skills/Knowledge

- Ability to be proficient in using relevant systems to the role (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, RiO – Trust Patient Database and IAPTus)
