An opportunity has arisen to join the Longbridge Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) as a Team Secretary/Receptionist on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be supporting the two ANPs within the team with arranging clinic appointments and typing up clinic letters. The successful candidate will also be expected to cover reception as and when required to cover for Annual leave, sickness or other absences.
Main duties of the job
To provide a full range of reception and administrative duties, including the monitoring, recording and booking of Out-Patient appointments.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide admin support to the ANPs within the team with booking appointments, typing clinic letters and to work in conjunction with other team members, ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the Hub.

Supporting the ANPs within their clinics - booking appointments and clinic letters, whilst also supporting with the reception function for the building.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 2 Receptionist or Administration qualification, or currently working towards or RSA 2 in relevant administrative subject.
- English to GCSE Grade C, or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
- Previous Administration experience
- Receptionist Experience
- Experience of working with general public
- Understanding of Data Protection Act/Confidentiality
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of Trust Policies and Procedures
Skills
Essential criteria
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Applicant requirements
