Job overview

The role involves working with a dynamic team and supportive multidisciplinary team who provide rapid assessment and intensive support to service users presenting in acute mental health crisis.

 

Main duties of the job

A new opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Recovery Worker within Solihull Home Treatment team based at Maple Leaf Centre.

This post will be for a person who has had some experience working within acute or urgent care. Successful applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced  and dynamic environment, and will need to demonstrate a range of skills including effective communication, empathy, self-awareness, and self-reflection skills and as well as act in a manner that positively reflects the philosophy of the service and the values of the organisation.

Good effective team working is required with the ability to work alone with support.
