Band 6 Senior Rotational Physiotherapist in Specialist Rehabilitation

Are you looking for the next challenge in your career as a Band 6 Physiotherapist?

We are pleased to offer a very exciting opportunity to join our team, as a Band 6 Physio on the Specialist Rehabilitation wheel.

In this rotational position you will gain enhanced knowledge and skills in the treatment of patients in the following clinical areas: Stroke, Paediatrics, Specialist Medicine / Elderly Care and Medicine (including amputee rehab).

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our supportive and forward thinking team!

Main duties of the job

The post is suitable for an experienced physiotherapist with past experience in the above clinical areas; as alongside the team you will be working with patients with varied, often complex conditions.

In this role you will develop managerial skills by supervising junior staff and students; and also have opportunity to contribute to service development working alongside senior colleagues.

The successful applicant will have NHS experience and possess excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment and teaching skills.

You will have sound IT skills and demonstrate the Trust’s values of Compassion, Aspiration, Resourcefulness and Excellence.

Contribution to seven day working and on-call working is required of the post holder in this role.

  • NHS experience across all core clinical areas, including respiratory
