We are seeking a committed, reliable and extremely patient focused individual to provide dedicated support and guidance to our patients, their families and carers.  This person will need to excel in communication skills, be capable of juggling a variety of tasks, be confident and compassionate and motivated in their approach to resolving concerns and enquiries. 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Liaising with patients, their families and carers, by telephone, email and in person, to resolve concerns and enquiries in relation to care and treatment.  Signposting to appropriate services both internally and externally, as necessary. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, a calm and empathetic disposition, and have a well organised approach to a busy and varied workload.

Experience

  • Displaying an approachable, confident and diplomatic manner
  • Confident at working independently and handling challenging situations
  • At least 3 years in a Customer Service/Relations role
  • Evidence of written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to problem solve efficiently and calmly under pressure

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Experience of working with distressed/bereaved service users
