Administrator for CAMHS Common Point of Entry

Interviews will be held on 29 July 2024.
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 team administrator based at Bracknell.
The role will be full-time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Administrators are key to our Trust, supporting our service users and clinicians. You will benefit from a culture that is firmly centred on staff support and development, enabling genuine job satisfaction. Much of our work is innovative and you will enjoy full involvement, while being encouraged to contribute your own thoughts and initiatives.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Working as part of our administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments. You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
- You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
- You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines to fulfil the requirements of the post.
- You will carry out day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team

- Previous knowledge and experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment.
- Knowledge and experience of software programs/packages and a full range of administrative functions and duties (including taking minutes and noting actions)
