Community Dental Services CIC are looking for a clinician who identifies with our values as a Social Enterprise and is passionate about providing care for those most at need.

Main duties of the job

This role involves managing pain and anxiety through behaviour management and sedation, delivering care in mobile units, hospital settings, and  surgeries across Bedfordshire. Additionally, the clinician will conduct epidemiological fieldwork in schools and care homes across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Oxfordshire. Training in epidemiology will be provided.

A full driver's license and access to a car are essential. The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with excellent organisational skills, patience and a flexible, positive approach. 

Professional support is available from Consultants in Restorative Dentistry and Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery. Training opportunities will be provided to develop skills and competencies with special care and paediatric patients.  There will be opportunities to participate with care under sedation and general anaesthesia.
