Job overview
The Primary Care and Community Directorate is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrator to work alongside Area Management Teams and partners in the East (Wrexham and Flintshire), to provide administration support to the Accelerated Cluster Development (ACD) programme.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role, providing a comprehensive clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Pan Cluster Planning Groups (PCPGs), Clusters and primary care independent contractor Professional Collaboratives in order to enable them to deliver integrated, place-based working, for the benefit of local people and communities.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work across the health and social care partnership (primary care, community health and social care), and will be highly motivated and a skilled communicator. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and have the ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels to provide a comprehensive administration service.
The successful candidate will have proficient IT skills (including experience of Microsoft office). You will be able to promptly, and efficiently exercise your own judgement to resolve queries within your professional constraints.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
