Job overview
To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.
Main duties of the job
Health Care Support Worker - Band 3
An opportunity has arisen for someone caring and enthusiastic to work full time as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker within the Flintshire Community Mental Health Team.
Candidates must hold a positive attitude to the mental health care of the client group and be able to ensure that individual's needs for privacy, respect, dignity and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will provide high standards of care and work as part of a well established and supportive multidisciplinary team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
