Job overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Stroke Rehabilitation Physiotherapy team as Band 3 Technical Instructors working with the new stroke rehab team in Deeside Community Hospital

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and proactive physiotherapy department providing interventions both independently and as part of a well-supported team. Relevant experience within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is desired.

You will help provide patient-centered physiotherapy to optimise an individual’s independence and improve their overall rehabilitation while in the hospital through exercise programs both on the wards and within the inpatient gym setting.

You will be supported in your development within the role through regular supervision and training.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate needs to be able to work well alone and as part of a team.

They need to have good communication skills, be confident, friendly, approachable and able to have a flexible approach to the needs of the service.

Training and ongoing development will be available from a supportive, established team in a beautiful part of the UK.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
