Are you a Physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career?

We have an exciting role ready for you to start developing your specialist skills further in a multi-disciplinary stroke rehabilitation unit.

You will be an autonomous practitioner with proven stroke therapy skills in caseload management and specialist knowledge of stroke rehabilitation.

You should know that teamwork is at the heart of what we do and so you’ll be working alongside our incredibly friendly and supportive team with a shared goal of making a difference in our community.

On top of a fantastic work environment, we provide lots of scope for training and development and working closely with the MDT.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • To assess, plan, implement and monitor a therapy case-load; facilitating best practice and evidence-based, person-centred care.

  • To be a integral member of the multi-disciplinary team

  • To work within defined specialist, department and national protocols/policies for stroke care such as the NICE clinical guidelines and National Stroke Strategy.

  • To be actively involved in monitoring and developing the Stroke service, 
    ensuring patients receive sustainable high quality care that is effective and safe
