Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the  living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until  the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed

 

Job overview

The post holder will provide efficient, effective secretarial and administrative services to the Concerns Team encompassing patient complaints.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Patient safety and Experience team based in the Wrexham Maelor hospital on a permanent basis. We are looking for a hard working individual to join our busy team. The role will support the Complaints Team with administrative duties  ensuring that the patient is fundamentally at the heart of everything. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and stay calm under pressure is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
