Join us as a Clinical Lead at Xyla! You'll oversee physical health programs, ensuring they meet industry standards and governance frameworks. Your expertise will embed best-practice risk management and safeguarding, making a real difference in the lives of many.

Our programs include NHS Diabetes Prevention and Remission, Weight Management, Digital Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, NHS Health Checks, Physical Activity, and Health Coaching.

As a Clinical Lead, you'll be at the forefront of Xyla’s growth plans. You'll lead as a dietetics subject matter expert, manage health incidents, and collaborate with our management teams to drive excellence. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

Everyday you will...

    • Champion Xyla’s growth by leading as a dietetics subject matter expert.
    • Take charge of program development and evolution, ensuring training, supervision, evaluation, and quality assurance are top-notch.
    • Provide visionary clinical oversight and leadership in creating and maintaining Xyla’s clinical policies and standard operating procedures, driving data cleansing and streamlining initiatives.
    • Monitor and measure the performance of your team, individuals, and services, striving for excellence in every aspect.
    • Lead all health and clinical incidents with the support of the dietetics team and medical director, ensuring clinical safety and achieving sign-off with precision.

To thrive in this role, you need:

  • A Master's or Doctorate in Dietetics with relevant accreditation, or equivalent clinical experience.
  • Postgraduate experience in diabetes, weight management, lifestyle education, or behavior change.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with a track record of results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in designing mental health services from a clinical governance and quality perspective.
