Job overview

Reporting to the CPC Drive Commercial Manager, the post holder will work within a team responsible for the overall management, promotion and performance of the CPC Drive framework.  To work with the leading partner to promote new schemes and encourage the take-up of existing schemes to maximise the ABI income generated through the CPC Drive framework.  

Supporting the CPC Drive Business Development Specialists, the post holder will will lead in managing reviews booking and collaborating with supply partners to ensure accurate data is maintained in measuring and performing CPC Drive Framework KPIs and Objectives. Limited national travel to facilitate events may also be required.

Main duties of the job

To build collaborative working relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure the smooth operation of CPC Drive Activity Based Income (ABI) income streams for the NOE CPC, identifying and resolving issues and problems early.
Liaise with a range of partner NHS and other public sector organisations with respect to the planning and delivery of all CPC Drive events and service provision, recording and maintaining opportunities and a pipeline for new business from these events.
Plan and implement reviews with framework users and supply partners in line with measuring and performing CPC Drive Framework KPIs and Objectives.
Facilitate collaborative working across teams, external suppliers, and partners.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

To work autonomously, interpreting guidance and strategic priorities ensures the CPC Drive Team effectively executes its duties.
Act independently and use your discretion to take action to ensure that crucial income streams are managed and reported effectively.
Holds budget for own area.
Responsible for supporting the Business Development team in developing business cases, presentations, proposals and other documentation in relation to developing new working relationships and business opportunities.
Has significant contributions to the formulation of budgets for the NOE CPC.
Effectively influence and engage individuals, teams, and clients to use different communication solutions and attend/ support events. 
Supporting the drafting and production of corporate publications around CPC Drive communication. This may be in conjunction with and with the support of the Communications team who will advise on statutory requirements are compliance with NHS identity guidelines and design guidelines. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across boundaries, integrating with multidisciplinary staff and organisations.
Excellent IT skills including advanced level Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel.
