We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking person to join our team at Haslemere Hospital. This environment will provide the successful candidate with opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge in a rehabilitation setting. This role will give a candidate a fantastic opportunity to be involved in developing the use of newly designed dementia corners. This role will support the ward with providing 1:2:1 care for patients with complex needs. Candidate will be expected to support the ward in clinical capacity with HCA duties.

Successful candidate will have a pivotal role in setting up group and individual activities for patients and much more. The post holder will receive support from our dedicated team and have access to our community practice development sister.
Suitable candidates will ideally have:

- Working knowledge of medical terminology & patient confidentiality
- Experience of working with vulnerable people
