Job overview

The band 4 Team Coordinator would directly manage the administrative provision for the CAMHS service based in Leeds and York both with good transport links between both areas of the service.    

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and motivated in supporting both the multi-disciplinary team and the team of administrators.

We are looking for:
•    A team player to work in a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), who has experience of line management, able to implement, direct, monitor, and review systems and processes while delivering a high-quality administrative support service to the MDT. 
•    Someone who understands the importance of motivating a group of people to act towards a common goal.  
•    A Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and able to achieve deadlines.  
•    An excellent communicator, with proven organisational skills and the ability to work independently and accept direction from the Service manager. 
•    Word processing skills to a high level, with demonstrable knowledge and experience of electronic systems i.e. EPR systems such as Care Director or similar  
•    Someone who enjoys a varied role, with the ability to problem solve, negotiate and resolve issues as they arise.
•    You will need to be flexible to meet service requirements working as part of a clinical service support team.

Main duties of the job

The job holder will take responsibility for the provision of a professional, efficient and confidential administrative and secretarial service to the multi-disciplinary under the direction of the Team Leader, supported by an agreed job plan. The job holder will fully support the administrative team as necessary working together to deal with continuously developing demands. 
You will create and maintain excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external to the Trust, including NHS and no NHS organisations across the national health community. 
You will work with the Team leader, with strong liaison with the OPS manager of the service, being professionally responsible to the Admin Support ensuring full support and the developing demands of this role and the administrative team are met.
