Specialist Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner
Band 7
Job overview
BOB (Berks, Oxford & Bucks) Integrated Care System has been awarded new NHS funding to transform community mental health services for people with serious mental health problems. A ground-breaking model is being implemented to benefit those primary care patients who experience serious mental health problems.
The new funding is enabling Mental Health Integrated Services Teams to host a multi-disciplinary team that work in close collaboration with other primary care mental health services and clinicians, such as GPs, Specialist Mental Health Services, Social Care and Voluntary and Charitable providers to meet the needs of people with serious mental health problems.
