Here at Princess Alice, you have the opportunity to make a satisfying, rewarding difference to the lives of our patients, their families and friends, and be supported every step of the way. About the role:
We are looking to fill a Consultant post who will be a key part of the Consultant team. Our Medical Team has a weekly rolling programme of continuous professional development and journal clubs to support your learning and development. You will also have the opportunity to contribute more widely to Hospice clinical services including teaching, audit, and research.
About You:
Having strong communication and people skills is fundamental as you will be required to work in partnership with the multi-professional team, ensuring every patient and their needs are always at the centre of what you do. You will draw on your expertise to carry out a holistic assessment of patients and work collaboratively with the other healthcare professionals to provide excellent care for our patients and their families.
You will need to share and be able to demonstrate our five key values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
Finally, you will be able to provide evidence of full registration, with a GMC licence to practice and ongoing appraisal / revalidation.
As well as our competitive salary package and the opportunity of joining an organisation where you will be able to make a difference to our patients and their families, we offer a range of great benefits, which include:
- Annual leave in line with Consultants Terms and Conditions
