Covering base in Ealing: Sycamore Lodge – Acton & Elm Lodge -Greenford
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of a team and who can provide a high quality admin support service to a multidisciplinary SOAMHS Team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment.
Previous experience in using Rio and Microsoft Office is essential.

Main duties of the job

The roles are varied and duties include:
• Creating and maintaining electronic client records.
• Audio and copy typing of all clinical correspondence and reports, fast and accurate typing speed is required.
• Day to day processing of an effective and sensitive customer service when dealing with direct contact with Service Users, telephone calls and correspondence. Receiving and recording accurate and concise messages, ensuring messages are forwarded on appropriately and timely.
•Reception cover when needed.

Essential criteria
- Educated to GCSE standard (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Or GNVQ

- NVQ 3
Experience

- Administrative experience.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of administrative systems and processes
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience within NHS or Local Authority setting.
Knowledge and Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Software including Excel/Word
