Children's Radiology at the University Hospital Southampton (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a exciting opportunity for a paediatric reporting radiographer. 

We are looking for a patient focused, enthusiastic and highly motivated Radiographer who has a PgC in Musculoskeletal reporting who wishes to focus on paediatric reporting. 

You will be expected to undertake all 4 pillars of advanced practice. This is a dynamic post with a balance of clinical, management and reporting duties. The reporting team undertakes autonomous planar reporting across all patient groups. All  of the reporting team are allocated protected reporting sessions per week (min 50%) with allocated radiographer reporting offices. Hours of work and work pattern can be negotiated at interview.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to deliver a high quality and safe patient focussed service, communicating effectively with patients. 

University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest teaching trusts across the country. It's one of the few major trauma centres for children in England. It provides a full range of specialities including paediatric cardiac, neurosurgery, oncology and orthopaedics for not just our local population but children across the south of England and the Channel Islands. 
Paediatric Intensive care (PICU) is a 16 bedded unit caring for children from 0-18 years old. The neonatal intensive care unit is one of the largest in the country.
