Receptionist/Clerical Assistant

Our Vision is to provide the best mental health, learning disability, autism and community based services for the populations we serve.
As an integrated mental health, learning disability and community Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including:
• Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, forensic services including low and medium secure care.
• Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
• Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,000 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will work as a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant at the Trusts Head Quarters. The post holder will hold excellent communication skills to promote exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal employees. The post holder will be highly organised and pro-active and will be capable of working in a busy and demanding environment. The post holder will have excellent listening skills and will be able to deal with staff and visitors, responding to queries as necessary.

The post holder will work on a part time basis alongside our current Receptionist/Clerical Assistant, and will take the lead on processing maintenance and building related issues.
Shift patterns are as follows:
08:00am - 12:30pm (Morning shift)
12:00pm - 4:30pm (Afternoon shift)

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
