Job overview

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will work as a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant at the Trusts Head Quarters. The post holder will hold excellent communication skills to promote exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal employees. The post holder will be highly organised and pro-active and will be capable of working in a busy and demanding environment. The post holder will have excellent listening skills and will be able to deal with staff and visitors, responding to queries as necessary.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work on a part time basis alongside our current Receptionist/Clerical Assistant, and will take the lead on processing maintenance and building related issues.


Shift patterns are as follows:

08:00am - 12:30pm (Morning shift)

12:00pm - 4:30pm (Afternoon shift)

  • RSA2 typing or equivalent

  • Pleasant telephone manner and ability to communication on a multi-disciplinary basis
  • Good organisational skills, and ability to set priorities, and completed tasks efficiently
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality

Experience

  • Experience of dealing with customers who have physical and mental wellbeing needs
