IRS Admin Assistant

Initial Response Service, Lancaster.

Working pattern:

To cover a 7 day service – 09:00-17:00 with 30 minute lunch / Flexible working will be considered

We are open 365 days a year including bank holidays.

The Initial Response Service is looking for an IRS admin assistant to join our team on a part time, permanent basis to cover 7 day service. 

Main duties of the job

We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team.  The successful candidate will be able to communication with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.  The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and a good telephone manner.
