You will deliver care to patients whilst also supporting their rehabilitation programme as overseen by the registered staff.

Main duties of the job

You will be supported with training and career development opportunities which includes a Nationally recognised care certificate and local team competency programme. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a community setting with patients with a range of conditions.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in becoming part of our caring team
