For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

HCA Recruitment Event - Saturday 7th October 2017

Frimley Health are looking for motivated Healthcare Assistants with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our team at Wexham Park Hospital to work across a range of our departments. Whilst is it desirable for you to have previous experience working in a hospital or as a care assistant we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent standards of care.

You will be an enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and hardworking individual who is passionate about patient care. You will be primarily assisting the nursing team with care of the patients and will facilitate the smooth running of the ward. You need to be driven and prepared to deliver high quality care and attention to detail at all times. In this role you can look forward to a career full of development opportunities and the support from an excellent team of healthcare professionals – working alongside a small and friendly team.

We also welcome interest from those who would like to join our Nurse Bank. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to work flexible on an ‘as and when’ basis. You will have the flexibility to work at times and in locations that suit you, helping you achieve a good work/life balance. You will also have access to a full programme of training and development as well as a range of employee benefits.

Successful candidates will be invited to our recruitment event on Saturday 7th October 2017. You’ll have a great opportunity to meet our nursing team and learn first-hand what it’s like to work at Frimley Health. You will participate in group activities and complete short written tests followed by an interview. You’ll also be able to hear more about the little extra we’re offering with on the job mentoring, an induction programme, and seminars designed to broaden the knowledge that a new care assistant will have about working in an acute hospital.

When joining Frimley Health we can offer you a supportive working environment as well as training and development to meet your needs. If you have an interest in developing your clinical knowledge and skills as well as welcome service development and innovation then we are interested in hearing from you.
