The role of the nurse is to provide a holistic, high quality, patient focused,
comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital, acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity; reporting adverse events and poor practice to the person in charge. 

** Please note due to this being a zero hours contract the role does not attract sponsorship **

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview assessment centre in person.

There is no option for this to be virtual and this will take place on  Saturday 15th June 2024. 

Main duties of the job

Bank (as and when hours/shifts arise) Band 5 (Registered Nurse)

KGH Staff Bank are working in Partnership to recruit experienced Bank Band 5 Nurses within ICU, A&E, Medicine, Surgery and Family Health

Required Skills and Experience;

  • Registered Band 5 General Nurse
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months Acute NHS work experience up to date
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to commit to regular shifts
