This is an exciting time for Health Visiting within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. We are looking to recruit a Health Visitor to work effectively within the St.Julian`s team to promote the health and wellbeing of children and families within the Generic Health Visiting Service.
The post holder will have a responsibility for caseload management to ensure a high quality service to families, individuals and groups in the community for the promotion of their physical, social and psychological wellbeing.
Applicants should be a registered Nurse with a registered Health Visitor qualification. You need to have good written and verbal communication skills , evidence of multi agency working and safeguarding experience is vital. You will also be able to demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development.
knowledge of the current Health Visiting and Public Health agendas relating to children , families and Health Visiting are a necessity.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
