Job overview

We are looking for Healthcare support workers  to work as part of the team, maintaining good working relationships with patients, relatives and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
To deal with enquiries from patients, visitors and staff, as directed by qualified staff, in accordance with department practices, ensuring that patient confidentially is maintained at all times.

Main duties of the job

At London North West Hospital NHS Trust we recognize the value of care and compassion in health care and have an exciting opportunity for Healthcare support workers to join our team providing excellent care to our patients within the integrated medicine (respiratory and  elderly care)

With the patient at the center of all you do, we are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and confident, experienced, Healthcare  support workers , who are able under supervision, to provide the highest standard of care. You will need to be able to prioritise, work under pressure and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Most of all, it means encompassing a desire to take personal responsibility for ensuring our patients get the highest quality care they deserve.
