Our North London Forensic Service treats and cares for people in the criminal justice system who have mental health conditions. We also provide one of the largest eating disorders services in England, as well as drug and alcohol services.

The post holder will support the People and Organisation Development (POD) Division in ensuring that programmes delivered by the team are of a high quality, relevant and reflective of our Trust values by using and developing robust evaluation and feedback processes.  The nature of this role will involve close and regular contact with staff in all disciplines and levels of the Partnership enabling team to meet the increasing demands on our inductions, softs skills, and leadership and management programmes

 

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery and facilitation of core Partnership programmes for example our soft skills, managers induction, as well as bespoke programmes and projects as a result of requests received from teams and departments across the Partnership. They will be expected to adopt a coaching and mentoring methodology to enhance staff performance and personal development

Qualifications/ Registrations

Meini prawf hanfodol
  • Educated to Post-graduate level or significant demonstrable equivalent level of experience
  • CIPD qualified or recognised qualification in education or learning and development
Meini prawf dymunol
  • Recognised coaching qualification (Level 5 or above)
  • Project management qualification e.g. Prince2 or Agile

Skills/ Abilities

  • Ability to manage a classroom with learners of differing levels of ability.
  • Ability to challenge disruptive and/or poor behaviour in the classroom
  • An enquiring mind and the ability to undertake wide-ranging research of current and emerging theories and practices in the use of technology in education and training

Experience/ Knowledge

  • Experience and understanding of evaluating and measuring performance
  • Extensive specialist experience of design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of learning and development programmes including leadership and management and behavioural skills
