What We're Looking For:

  • Inspirational Leadership: Supervise and motivate a dynamic team to achieve excellence.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Navigate the complexities of healthcare recruitment, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Tech Savvy: Embrace technology, from e-recruitment systems (ATS) to HR software (ESR), contributing to a tech-forward workplace.

As this is a key role within our Hub, we anticipate that there may be 2 rounds of interviews as well as an assessment for this role. Further details will be provided if you are invited to interview.

The Interview is likely to take place on Thursday 13th June.

Main duties of the job

As a Resourcing Team Leader within our Nursing Division, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare recruitment, overseeing a high performing talented group of 8 Recruitment Advisors and 1 Recruitment Assistant.

Your primary focus will be on nursing recruitment for 2 of our Trusts (St Georges and Kingston). You will be responsible for managing and understanding workloads, capacity and demand across your Trusts, in order to ensure fair distribution of work and thus achievement of our strict KPIs.

A pragmatic problem solver, you enjoy unblocking hold-ups and removing obstacles that stand in the way of service delivery, and you understand the value of data and metrics in successfully running a busy recruitment function.

When it comes to leadership, you are an exemplar for the team in demonstrating the behaviours we need from our people; proactivity, efficiency and excellence are some of your strongest values and you’re always looking for ways to continuously improve the service we offer.

With solid 360 recruitment experience, you'll be on hand to advise, guide, support and work with senior stakeholders, navigate employment law, and championing the highest standards and best practice in recruitment processes.
