Main duties of the job
The service is
The Neighbourhood Team: Supports our mainstream early years, school and post-16 college settings. We are embracing
The Social, Emotional and Mental Health Team: Focusses on the developing field of social, emotional and mental health.
The Integrated Care Team: Are a multidisciplinary team of therapists and assistants who provide therapy support to
The Adaptations Team: Are a small team of Occupational Therapists who specialise in major adaptations including
The Therapy One Point (TOP) Team: Is our single point of contact for accessing services relating to speech and language
Neighbourhood Team: B7 - 1 WTE
Integrated Care Team: B6 - 2 x 0.6 WTE, B7-1.0 WTE
SEMH Team: B5 - 1 WTE
