We are recruiting for a Deputy Sister/ Charge Nurse who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “great people, great place”.

We are seeking Nurses with Emergency Department experience and expertise to join our team. We are currently building our team and are seeking competent nurses who have the desire to develop and build a team with us. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care. You will need to be an experienced adult registered nurse with excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be fully competent in the RCN Emergency Nurses competency tool level 1. You will be confident in managing areas of a department and be able to develop in to running the main department.
