If you are looking for a new challenge and are interested in joining our wonderful University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) team and you feel passionate about patient care then we would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for passionate and committed individuals who share our values and want to invest in continuously improving patient experience. You will have good people and communication skills. Administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be given. There is an element of being able to work on your own initiative alongside a job share and clinical staff.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The main duties will be working on the reception desk admitting and discharging patients, answering the phones, booking outpatient appointments, tracking patient notes and other administrative duties.

You will work alongside consultants, nursing staff and more. The post holder will need to be computer literate, ideally with knowledge of the hospital system, however training will be given. Good communication  and telephone skills are essential in this role
